Pinot Noir is often mentioned as a wine that pairs well with the Thanksgiving repast. I have noticed one particular Pinot Noir making a lot of the different “Wines for Thanksgiving Dinner” lists. That wine – Castle Rock Pinot Noir.
Castle Rock has long been a favorite of mine oin the bargain Pinot Noir category. It would pair very nicely with the Turkey Dinner, and the best part – it costs under $10!
